20 DAYS OF SCRAPBOOKING
Welcome to Kaylen Faye Studio! I have so many exciting things coming soon… but first, I set a goal to finish up my college scrapbook before the end of the year.
December 1st rolled around and I realized that I have just 1 month left of 2025, but 20 pages left in my college scrapbook! That’s where my idea for 20 days of scrapbooking came from. To spice it up and add some extra inspiration, I thought I could do it with my friends on social media, where each day we try to accomplish a specific “challenge” on our scrapbook page. The idea is to use materials that we already have at home and think more creatively when we scrapbook.
Let’s finish our scrapbooks together!
So, here are the 20 Days of Scrapbooking Challenges I plan to do with you!
Fit as many pictures as possible into one page
Try putting three different styles of borders on three different pictures
Find at least two different ways to use washi tape
Use a rubber stamp on your page
Use scrap paper only
Find a sticker/embellishment that you love and base your page off of it
Treat your page like a junk journal
Put a border behind every picture
Use a paper punch on your page
Use a color that you never reach for
Make your own embellishment for your page
Include a written journal
Layer at least three different paper pieces behind a photo
Create a page using just one color family
Add a piece of fabric or ribbon to your page
Incorporate a large title
Make your photo border resemble something (like a camera or window)
Include an item from outside of your craft room (a receipt, packaging, etc.)
Paint or draw an element for your page
Create a page without using any inspo! Add your favorite elements and make it meaningful.
These are the 20 challenges I will be basing my pages on as I complete my college scrapbook. I invite you to follow along with my on TikTok and/or Instagram as I share my scrapbooking pages and more details about the challenges each day.
I am so thankful to be part of such an amazing community of crafty people to share ideas with. It means so much to me when you comment pictures of your scrapbooking pages. I look forward to scrapbooking with you all over the next 20 days and cannot express enough how grateful I am for each and every one of you.
